Vintage Wedding in the Park

Updated: Feb 7, 2019

I am so grateful for this Vintage-styled session and all of the amazing vendors I had the pleasure of working with to make it all come together exactly the way I had been envisioning for the past four months. When I started planning this session, I felt a little overwhelmed. It was the first time that I was given complete freedom to express my style and to be as creative as I wanted and that was a little scary. For the most part, I have an outgoing personality, but when it comes to certain situations, I am an introvert. When it was up to me to plan each and every detail, I had to step outside of my comfort zone to reach out to strangers and ask them for help. But I am so happy I did! These vendors took my vision and exceeded all of my expectations! And I made amazing friends along the way!

Designs By Ellen made the most elegant invitations with a clean and minimalistic style. I could not help but accent these pieces with a few blush roses! I have to send the biggest thank you to my friends at Fantasia Bridal and Tuxedos by Fantasia! They went above and beyond to make sure my models looked and felt as beautiful as possible including every detail from the hair piece to the shoes! Updo girls, Hair and Nails by Jeannine, and Makeup by Kaitlyn make styling look easy! I presented them with a style and they made my model look like a flawless bride from head to toe! Ken and Eva's Flower Cottage transformed my old-fashioned bike into a floral beauty. The cascading flowers brought everything together as I photographed my bride and groom. You can not end the day with out tasting the classic cupcakes from Cakes by Candice, you better bet we all had a bite before the day was over! I was in awe by all of the details presented by The Mediterranean Manor! How about that candelabra, OH EM GEE! And lastly, I wanted to send a huge thank you to my models Ellyse and Mike, who both have full-times careers and yet sacrificed an entire day on their weekend to bring this day to life!

I could not have asked for a more perfect session with all of the best people in the industry. I hope you all enjoy viewing this styled shoot as much as I enjoyed planning it.
